30-day guarantee
All purchases of Formatif include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the software does not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Statutory rights
Customers in the EU and UK also have a statutory right to a refund within 14 days, provided the digital content has not been fully consumed.
How to request
Paddle is the Merchant of Record and handles financial transactions. To initiate a refund, visit paddle.net or use the Contact Support link in your email receipt.

Once approved by Paddle, refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your original payment method. Upon refund, your license key is automatically deactivated.
